It's 103F here. So, something light and easy. Chicken wing from a chicken soup with boiled potatoes, cauliflower and some other soup veggies.

I decided I could make my grill into a flattop with this grill pan I bought at Costco. Tonight I tested it with some shrimp and they turned out really well. Paired with a quinoa and vegetable dish and Parmesan air fried zucchini.
