Sauce: kale, fresh basil, dill, garlic, onion, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, oil, nutritional yeast, cashews, walnuts, blended smooth. Served over refried black beans eaten with corn chips.

We had Fat Tuesday Cajun Veggie Fettuccine! Broccoli, green peppers, yellow peppers, jalapeno peppers, onion , tomatoes, garlic, a Beyond sausage, green onion, Cajun spices, white wine and a spicy Cajun cream sauce. Served up with a mixed salad and Pinot noir to drink. Oh my!
Dessert in a bit is a hunk of Lindt chili-dark chocolate and a double espresso.
