I'll have a smoothie (fruits and green veggies) and later a raw salad with avocado mayo. The salad sounds like this: fresh leek (cut small), fresh dill, grated carrots, celery green, grated celery root, corn, salt and mayo (avocado mayo). I love it. My veggies are all organic, but not all fruits are organic.
We used some gift cards we got at Christmas to a nice restaurant this afternoon. If we are going to eat out, I prefer to do it mid day. If we decide we’re hungry later a big garden salad is in order!
