Pan-fried Center Cut Pork Chops, marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, white wine, garlic, thyme, sage, S&P. Served with a European-style Potato Salad (no mayo) - with sliced onions and a simple dressing of olive oil, white wine vinegar, garlic, parsley. For a bit of green: oven-roasted asparagus in olive oil. Nice thick stalks of asparagus, which I prefer over the thin little sticks.

And of course, red wine.

Tonight's dinner was penne pasta with mushrooms and broccoli in a tomato-cheese cream sauce. Served with a mixed veggie and lettuce salad. A glass of minervois wine to drink.
