Thai shrimp curry, rice and the toughest sugar snap peas I think I've ever had! I baked cookies today so a couple of those for dessert.

My son doesn't have an antique iron, so he covered a brick with heavy duty foil. It works.

Small salad and very decent lobster ravioli from the refrigerated supermarket area. I put a small amount of a locally made blush tomato sauce on it, them? The sauce was good, but I would have added a bit more cream if I'd had some.

Tonight, I celebrated my mother's birthday at Abuelo's in Hurst, TX. I had broiled Australian sea bass topped with shrimp, cilantro/lime rice, a squash/broccoli medley, borracho beans, chips, queso, iced tea, and red wine. And then, flan for dessert.

She had a Mexican stack (tostada topped with ground beef, chili, cheddar, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, and tomato).
