Steak & Potato soup with rolls & butter

I bought a box of Panko shrimp at Costco - hoping they are good because there’s probably 5 meals worth in the box. We’ll have those with egg rolls and Brussels sprouts.

Potatoes need using so ground beef potato hash will be served. Lots of onion and jalapenos on top.

Leftover enchiladas and refried beans. Half a piece of cheesecake with strawberries.

SO asked for hamburgers. It will be sandwhich bread, fries, salad. Too late to bake and too late to go to the store. Coooold out there.
