I had a bowl of muscles in a spicy tomato herd and garlic sauce. Thinly sliced toasted bruschetta to dip it into. My husband had spaghetti squash with wild mushroom ragu. We split a side of escarole and white beans.
last night I grilled marinated steak on a stick, cheeseburgers and hot dogs. We also has potato salad. I will definitely get the steak on a stick again. It was from a local butcher by my moms' house and the marinade was not to sweet. Almost reminded me of the beef sticks my husband gets at the local Chinese take out place.
I did Shake and Bake tequila lime chicken drumsticks [good crunch], broccoli, and a scoop of potato/egg salad. Snapple Apple.
Easy clean-up using tin foil non the perforated pizza pan too.
Dessert: probably one of the last banana cream puddings in a mini graham cracker crust pie & a bit of whipped cream on top.
