Left overs of last night's 9:00 pm dinner which was perfect - beef/pork meatloaf, mashed potatoes,roasted onions/cerely/carrots/garlic and to make up for veggies for SO buttered corn. He at carrots!!!! Gold star!!!
There was not a leaf of salad to be had in three stores on Saturday.
Just leftovers. There is so much. I am having devilled eggs and ***** and Oester Brot, with a green salad. My husband is eating salmon and potato salad, with asparagus salad. I may have some of that also. He had some Easter breads too.
And inspired by a german youtube cooking video.....marinated salad: sweetheart cabbage raw, raw baby carrots shredded, fine scallion raw, raw red apple, dressing with mustard, olive oil, 1/3 fresh lemon juice, herbs/salt seasoning mix from german pharmacy.
Tonight chicken goulash served with egg noodles and a celery/cucumber/parsley salad. To drink Löwenbräu.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.
