Lentil and kim chee stew with poached eggs. Homemade sourdough for DH and homemade brown bread for me. Lettuce, mustard greens and arugula salad from garden with leftover string beans.

Having a homemade chicken pot pie today -- maybe a small fresh green salad. Tea and dried figs for dessert -- too much Easter candy -- I need a break from sweets.

I pour Coca-Cola into the pan underneath the rack my baby back ribs are on when I cook them in the oven, but not ON them directly, so I'm curious.
