Lentil and kim chee stew with poached eggs. Homemade sourdough for DH and homemade brown bread for me. Lettuce, mustard greens and arugula salad from garden with leftover string beans.

Having a homemade chicken pot pie today -- maybe a small fresh green salad. Tea and dried figs for dessert -- too much Easter candy -- I need a break from sweets.
Sweet potato and quinoa tacos, stuffed with creamy guacamole and crunchy slices of pan cooked crispy smoked tempeh, and a chilled bottle of Modello.
