Just got back from a two weeks trip to Taiwan, which included stays in Taipei and Chiayi, and tours of several other cities on island.

These photos are the last meal I had in Taiwan and the first meal I had on my return to Hawaii. The buffet style foods came from my dinner at the Grand Hyatt in Taipei and a restaurant at the mall next door (yes, I ate plenty of street food, too ), while the catfish dinner and wings are from Smokin' Wings and Southern Things here in Honolulu.

Thank you.
It tastes very much like my Moms did, if not a bit rich.

My Mom's birthday was on October 19th, think she would have been proud.
