Diced pork seasoned with salt, pepper and hatch chili powder, simmered in homemade salsa verde and served in a tortilla with cheese. Side of homemade coleslaw.

Tonight: Trail Dust Steak House up in Sanger, TX. I sat down to a small, medium filet, mixed vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli sprinkled with lemon pepper), country beans, and a Dr Pepper.
Baked chicken breast stuffed with a green Chile and cheese mixture and smothered in Hatch green chile sauce, Mexican corn on the side and a spinach salad for starters.
