Costco chicken today, so easy & tasty. Also had a frozen mix of potato, pea pods & peppers, so a simple & easy meal.

Crispy air fried scallops, with creamy caper sauce for dipping, carrot slaw with raspberry vinaigrette, peas and escarole with a tsp.. of whipped butter.

Scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits, same dessert as cat1116 upthread: Tillamook mudslide ice cream. How they make mud taste like chocolate ice cream, I;ll never know. I've been on an ice cream kick this summer. And into autumn apparently.
