Tonight at the Case abode: Breakfast for dinner here (ranchero style), with sausage patties and two small ham/cheese omelettes topped with Pace mild salsa.
Diced pork seasoned with salt, pepper and hatch chili powder, simmered in homemade salsa verde and served in a tortilla with cheese. Side of homemade coleslaw.
Crispy air fried scallops, with creamy caper sauce for dipping, carrot slaw with raspberry vinaigrette, peas and escarole with a tsp.. of whipped butter.
Scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits, same dessert as cat1116 upthread: Tillamook mudslide ice cream. How they make mud taste like chocolate ice cream, I;ll never know. I've been on an ice cream kick this summer. And into autumn apparently.
