Our vacation is coming to an end. Dinner tonight is pizza in the Keflavík Airport. Here is the four cheese pizza with jam. We have fallen in love with jam on pizza this vacation!
Never heard of that before! Sounds like you have been trying the local delicacies when you had the opportunities - always a good plan when traveling
DH was going to add a smoked pork shoulder, but it got on the grill late.
Our quesadillas will have black beans with the veggies and cheese.
Edit: pulled some fresh fruit out the freezer and made a healthy blue/strawberry and mango crumble with lime and lemon thyme.

5 cheese tortellini that we bought from Costco this past Saturday. I put but on mine, spread it around til it melts, add a bit of lemon juice, powdered cheese, and malt vinegar, oh and crushed peppercorn. Also, a slice of Texas Toast. Drinking a lemon iced tea.
