Big wok stir fry of garlic, vidalia onion, kimchi, collard greens, red bell pepper and shaved angus steak, finished with some ABC semi-sweet soy sauce - was yummy :-).
Mrs B and I spent the majority of the day cleaning up our yard after a late night storm. So dinner was a simple and quick salad of cucumbers, onion, tomatoes, avocado, and fresh basil, with a dressing of fresh lemon juice, evoo, chopped parsley, garlic and S&P. A hunk of crusty bread and a glass of pinot noir.
Hubby and I made the yearly trek to Red Lobster. Me for the Crab and hubby opted for the shrimp. Overload on the potatoes and the garlic. Next time, I’m sticking to the steamed. I would have preferred the fries over the diced. Safe from any vampires lol.
Our vacation is coming to an end. Dinner tonight is pizza in the KeflavÃk Airport. Here is the four cheese pizza with jam. We have fallen in love with jam on pizza this vacation!
DH went to the store and farmers market and indulged in a fruit/vegie binge. Came home with sweet corn, vidalias, summer squash, mixed tomatoes, peaches, blueberries, royal ann cherries and strawberries.
Still have some potato salad, babyback ribs, elk burgers and wild rice burgers in the refrigerator.
