Ravioli Lasagna with Bolognese sauce. Ceasar salad. A glass of red wine. So easy, so decadent.

Tonight we are having fried garlic chicken drumsticks, Creole rice, apple-cabbage slaw, and the rest of last night's raspberry streusel with vanilla bean ice cream.

Tonight was at Abuelo's in The Colony, TX, where I had a beef enchilada, a cheese enchilada (both with chili sauce), a chicken enchilada (this one with sour cream sauce), a beef taco, a tamale, a chile relleno, guacamole, rice, refrieds, chips, and queso.

And all of it washed down with ice-cold unsweet iced tea.

Spouse had pepperoni pizza. I'm trying to avoid that so I roasted a butternut squash, with butter, s/p. I had almost forgotten how good that is.
