Hmm. I read through everyone's replies since yesterday and a lot of it sounds really good but, dang this Metformin. It sure ruins my appetite on some days.

Maybe I'll just find one of Normady's pre-lab experiments in the frig. and pretend I'm a guinea pig tonight?

Well, I decided on grilled cheese sandwiches. Good enough for a guinea pig I guess?

So, I’ve given up on buying frozen hash brown potatoes before Christmas, but that’s ok, since I wasn’t going to make them for Christmas.
Today I made funeral potatoes with cubed cooked potatoes, and they were great. Also ham and asparagus.

Pet peeve of the week...Publix: you sell out of hash brown potatoes every year, over the holidays, so get a clue.
