Beautiful late spring evening and great weather. Fired up our Weber charcoal grill for the first time this year and grilled some honey chicken wings and hot dogs. Served up with salad and potato salad. Michelob Ultra beer to drink.

The leftover tubular pasta with diced Aidells sausage in vodka sauce.
1/2 garlic bread.
1/2 cup of Coke (the one that’s made in Mexico & suggested to me from a few CD’ers)

Dessert: split cup of chocolate mousse with Mr. C.

Default a "mystery freezer meal" today ...

Got up insanely early so had dinner a little while ago (it's just past 2 p.m. my time) ... it was a "mystery meal" from my basement freezer, which I am trying to clear of old food! It was basically a very large Tupperware-type container. I hadn't labeled it () so had no idea what was inside.

Turned out to be homemade chicken corn chowder, probably from December 2017 ... but it tasted GREAT!

Doesn't look the best (the texture looks a bit off in the picture, but it really wasn't) -- I thought I might have to add some cornstarch to thicken it a little, but it was really good as it was.

The big freezer container has at least 2 more servings, maybe 3 more -- the food isn't completely thawed so I MAY put 1 of those back in the freezer in a normal-soup-size container, LABELED this time and to be eaten SOON!
