... but it was really delicious! I tried a new kind of flour tortilla -- Mission's low-carb ones (they are quite large -- they look burrito-sized to me). I'm definitely not a low-carb eater -- I love grains and noodles and veggies too much! -- but I figured I'd try them. To me, they taste EXACTLY the same as their regular flour tortillas, which is to say, very good! (Alas, they're a LOT more expensive than regular tortillas for the same ounces, oh well. )

Anyway, I had 2 of them with cooked onions, diced tomatoes, a bit of cheese, lettuce, a bit of lite sour cream, and a bit of smeared avocado. They were very filling -- AND I still have several ounces of the sirloin left, so I will have that with my breakfast scrambles or with a noodle bowl for tomorrow's dinner.

Such tough decisions for a weekend!
I love your food pictures.

I had a magnificent seafood taco. The chef emptied his two car garage a while back and installed a primitive, but licensed commercial kitchen. Last year he had a stand at a small amusement park. At about the end of the year he bought a recently closed restaurant. I hope that he does well.

Got the dry rub on 3 racks of ribs to hit the smoker tomorrow. We went with a Chinese rub and sauce, lots of 5 Spice, hoisin sauce, etc.

Don't know the side yet - but really, who cares? Maybe arugula and grapefruit, something to cut the fat.
