We'll be staying in a hotel next to the hospital, so we can avoid leaving at 330am in the snow.

There is ONE restaurant with outdoor seating, open on Suns, and dog friendly. We shall eat there.

I’m making a shrimp with Thai red chili curry with veggies over basmati rice.

I had Reese cups stuffed with pretzels. I think it’s a new flavor.
Half a bag of beef jerky

Eggplant Parmesan Hero for me and my husband had a ham, salami and provolone panini and a rice ball. We are in love with this local Pizza place and get from there at least once a week. Their pasta dishes are so good too.

Tonight we had ribs and fried vegetable rice. While shopping last weekend I ran across honey nut squash. I have never tried or even heard it before. We cooked it up tonight. It is really tasty. It might be my new favorite squash!

DH and I made stuffed peppers. He had a glass of beer. I had a small glass of moscato.

Dessert: split the remaining red velvet cupcake with a scoop of chocolate ice cream.

Wow, like minds. Pork chops with carmelized Walla Wallla onions. Roasted red potatoes & green beans. Crockpot apple sauce with homegrown apples.
