While watching snowflurries coming gently down I decided to stay in the warm kitchen having a cooking/baking day...
I made yogurt,baked a beer bread while the marble/rum bundt cake is in the oven.In slow cooker number one I have a green lentil soup cooking,while in slow cooker two I have a large chicken with root vegetables simmering in a red wine bath. In slow cooker three I am making rice pudding/milk rice/kheer.Tonight we have lentil soup with chapatis,mango ajar/pickle and onion wedges.To drink lassi.For dessert kheer with a cup of unsweetened masala tea.
