Tomorrow, Sun. I will roast a hen in the oven and make cornbread dressing and giblet gravy, served with cranberry sauce.

Orange chicken with a coconut rice, iced tea.

Finished off the last few bites, um rather spoonfuls of tiramisu ice cream.

Dinner out, no cooking; Pork Belly appetizer with two crab cakes, cheesy mashed potatoes with some fresh vegetables, it was excellent ❗️

Portugese fish stew with local striped bass and cauliflower, avocado-lime-corn salad from the fish market, and tomato-cucumber salad with French vinagrette and local heirloom tomatoes... and a little riesling white wine to wash it down with...

Used this recipe for the stew - very good!

Tried a new BBQ sauce, Hannaford's maple bacon chipotle sauce (gotta love the name, it makes you hungry when you see it!). It was very good but I think I like Sweet Baby Ray's slightly better.

Happy weekend, everyone!
Looking good and healthy too! And thanks for the bbq sauce review, I will stick with Sweet Baby Ray's :-)
