Last night we grilled steaks and had them with roasted garlic and rosemary potatoes and steamed veggies........tonight I am thinking a chicken stir fry of some sort. Quick and easy to make because it is so hot here right now! Hmmmm.....maybe I'll make curried chicken salad instead.

Thanks all for your kind thoughts!! The bruises are starting to appear--oh my how nice! I had to drive my daughter in law to her Dr. appointment for her pregnancy today. It took from 8:30 AM until 2:00 PM. Long day---especially with my bum knee and cuts and scratches. the Dr's must have thought I was a real winner as I limped around the office! Ha! Still need to do another run to town and the P.O.--another hour--ugh! But need some office supplies desperately for hubbie!! Guess we'll get home just in time to start dinner. Ham is easy and so is baked sweet potatoes. A full tummy will make me feel better---always does! Everyones dinners sound great!! Yum!!
