Tonight we are making a homemade pizza, with dough from the local pizzeria. Toppings will be sausage, red onion, garlic and some crimini mushrooms. And I am one of those people who likes lots of cheese on my pizza, so lots of mozzarella for me please

Yep I posted the first link to do such for registering and all somewhere sometime back for someone. I DM'd kelsie about the tech stuff. I think I'll create a bookmark of the first and best page to start on for newbies. Hey the more the merrier right? And the quicker we get'em here the more cultured I get.

Yep, and cooking with Fino. And all those desserts?????? Guess I'm not into to may cheeses though. Munster, Provalone, Swiss, American, and a few more that don't bite are my speed. I do have to get the hang of marinating chicken in butter milk. I think the late mil did that.
Have'n brined pork chops and marinated chops on the smoker. Along w/baked potatoes, and twice baked....on the smoker. Oh and some canned green beans in the microwave.
Tonight is "trial" night. My bet is on the brined chops and reg. baked potatoes.
edit: I forgot, also make'n something w/pork sausage. Either meatballs or meatloaf or a fattie w/pepper jack cheese and wrapped in bacon.

I've been pretty good with the 'take a load off program' so tonight it's reward time. I'm going to do some onions, garlic, tomatoes, olives, diced pepperoni, and wine tossed with penne and pecorino romano, there will be wine served
Well since my grandaughter came over to spend a couple of days with us we are keeping it simple. Hot roast beef sandwiches, mashed potatoes and corn. My grandaughter made some vanilla pudding for desert--uh, she ripped the package length wise and we had pudding mix all over the kitchen--oh well, we still had fun! How else will they learn?? Hmmmmm, now what shall we try? She is only five years old so she has plenty of time!

I am in the mood for a loaded baked potato... SO I got a giant YAM, gonna bake it up, give 2/3 to the hubby and 1/3 to myself... got some smart balance I will put on prior to baking...add some FF Chedder before it comes out of the oven, FF Sour Cream, Chives from my garden, salt and peppr (I would LOVE bacon- but that isn't gonna happen!)... Now, what to make with it? I was thinking salmon on the grill... A SouthWest Salad with Corn, black beans, tomatoes, FF Ranch..., maybe some cauliflower... sounds good to me... gotta keep my fingers crossed the kids will eat the salmon ( they won't go near a baked potato-don't know what kind of Irish Kids I have)
