Elston - sounds like you had a nice dinner! And the pizzas sound delicious.

My spaghettis with Bolognese sauce turned out very nice.

Tonight we'll have slices of pork coated in egg and then in bread crumbs, fried in a bit of oil. I guess we'll have peas in cream sauce and potatoes along with the meat.

Your German style pork sounds almost like Japanese Tonkatsu; which is pork cutlet dipped in flour then egg then panko (bread crumbs) and fried in oil. In Japan it is usually served with ground seseme seed paste and a sweet condiment and lots of fresh shredded cabbage on the side--no dressing. It is one of my favorite meals in Japan.

Ah geeeezzzeee---went fishing before dinner last night and caught a very nice Bluegill. It was enough for hubbie to cook up for me to get a taste--yummy! But...while fishing I got my feet tangled in some fishing line left by some other wonderful fisherman--slobs--and fell down a rocky hill on my knees and elbow! I had my hands full of fishing poles and a ice box---saved them both! I have cuts and scratches all over me---look like I've been hit by a truck! Feel like it too! I sure don't see why people feel it's ok to leave their trash where ever they go! There is a ton of fishing line, empty bottles you name it it's all around there. I think next time I'm taking a trash bag and doing some cleaning while I'm there!! It's just plain ignorant how some people think!! Ok, I'm done venting, still very sore but on with what's for dinner tonight.....Ham, baked sweet potatoes and a veggie I'm still not sure of yet.

Grilled chicken with middle eastern spices, with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a dob of tzatziki when served. Oh and steamed vegies. Broccoli, carrot, brussel sprouts, peas, beans and potato.

Oh Cyn so sorry.

Came out $20 ahead yesterday at casino-that's great!

Tonite stuffed peppers, spinach salad and fruit salad.

Hey Lacey. Good for you! At least you stayed on the plus side.

I think I'm making meatloaf and we have a nice big ripe avocado that is just waiting to be eaten, with some salad I guess and I'm making a nice ripe plaintain with cheese too.

Somebody at work showed me...you take the plaintain... make some slits...wrap it loosely in a damp paper towel, stick it in the microwave about 3 minutes (more or less depending how ripe the plaintain is), then you peel it - careful it's hot - and slice it open, put some cheese (any), let it melt and EAT!

Cyn, you poor thing. My BF and I have gone line fishing off some piers here and it's amazing how disgusting people will leave the place. I'm afraid to touch anything. It's really too bad because you can't enjoy the time as much if you have to be watching where you turn, step, move.

Oh cyn how thoughtless people are! Not only can humans get tangles in the line so does the wildlife! Bandaids and hugs for you. Not sure what the menu will be tonight, playing it by ear.
