Good morning everyone.

Denise I did this and it's easy. Top each chop with 2T brown sugar, 1 tsp butter and sprinkle w/soy sauce. Cover, cook at 350 for 30 min, uncover, turn and cook another 10 min.

Have some sausage and peppers left-was thinking of making rice and beans and adding the sausage mix, corn bread and salad.

Had 2 showings yesterday-one group was here about 25 min.

Thanks for the wishes all. We have a great realtor and she's got us heavily covered with advertising, pictures, virtual tours, banners, great description. It's a tough market.

Hope you all have bar-b-quing weather. Here's it's dark, cold and so windy I have to get out my cement shoes.

It's looking like rain here and it's a 70% chance but it's suppose to clear tonight. Still not really cold though. You are right Lasey---the housing market is really hard right now. My kids have been looking and we've heard it is a buyers market----now to find the right house. But even before that my son needs to get a job---another tuff market right now. He's had some action but nothing for sure yet. It is so stressful just waiting. He does continue sending out resumes though.

Do you have a meat thermometer, that would help so you don't overcook it. Love horseradish with roast beef!
