We should be just as concerned if Santorum or Romney is the nominee and gets elected. They'll end up having to follow the agenda of the elites just like Gingrich would and Obama has and Bush did. The only difference is Romney has little idea how bad it will be.

Ron Paul is the only one who isn't already bought and paid for by them. For Pete's Sake, Romney's campaign gets zillions from Goldman Sacks who engineered the Mortgage Derivative Pyramid Scheme. Do you think Romney, taking money from the likes of Goldman Sachs will ever be able to do "the right thing" for the American People even if he WANTED TO?????? No way.

Too bad politics isn't like baseball or you could trade up or buy Gert Wilders outright. Man that would be a ticket Gingrich/Wilders. You could then get rid of all the illegalsAND the Muslims at one shot. or someone might get some ideas.

Unfortunately many of us knew his previous lifestyle, too many weren't listening or refused to accept it.

They refused to accept it right up to the time the blue dress was discovered.
Absolutely! What is this, "We didn't know till after he was re-elected" stuff???

Well, I don't think we'll have to worry about Newt anymore. He has gone into full crybaby spazz-out mode, whining in front of the cameras about Romney's super PAC and attack ads, and throwing reporters off his campaign plane. He's just not stable enough.

People who love to toss around the word "narcissist" in reference to President Obama should observe Gingrich's behavior for a week; he's clearly self-absorbed and undeservedly arrogant. No wonder George Will blanched at the thought of Newt as POTUS.

This perfectly describes the essence of this thread, and what has been going on this elction cycle, as The Ruling Class shoves Mitt Romney down our throats. This is from American Thinker this morning:
There are six primary methods of eliminating potential challengers with the tacit cooperation of the mainstream media, and they have been in full display this primary season. They are to portray unacceptable candidates as:

•hypocrites in sexual matters (Herman Cain); or
•unstable (Michelle Bachmann); or
•ignorant and incoherent (Rick Perry); or
•a religious fanatic (Rick Santorum); or
•just plain weird and from another planet (Ron Paul); or
•dangerous and unelectable (Newt Gingrich).
Sarah Palin would have been placed in all of those boxes had she decided to run, as well as anyone else deemed not acceptable to the elites.

Well, George Will is part of the Republican Elite Ruling Class.

Your obvious attempt to diminish the narcissism of Obama by comparison to Newt is utterly absurd.

Newt in no way displays the sick narcissism of the type that characterizes Barack Obama ("The One").

Unfortunately, Newt is toast. It would have been fun to watch Obama skewer him this fall.
