Waiting on Carney to drop the mask mandate again, I feel it any day......Won't make a difference to me, I am already wearing one as I predicted this was going to happen.

On the WBOC news this morning, they said the CDC had recommended vaccinated people wear masks indoors in Sussex County, saying the county has a high rate of transmissions. I've always felt they prematurely ended the mask mandate for indoors and I've continued to wear a mask in the grocery store or other crowded places. We've had dinner at a restaurant scheduled with friends for a long while, so we're going to go ahead and keep it and then cool our jets for a while with indoor dining. We only started going in mid-June and I have to say I would just as soon do carry out, which surprises me.

39 days till Labor Day! Hoping when the peak tourist season is over, maybe things will die down. I have to say, Nuts said she thought this would happen (infection rates going up during the tourist season) and she was right!

We lost two more family members yesterday bringing the total to 1700. And then the other news from my post above. This is not going to end well.
