Right now OKX has scaled it back a bit (though still a big storm) mostly because they think it will be a fast mover (most of the snow between 7pm Tuesday and noon Wed.) compared to the Boxing Day blizzard. They're saying 6-12" for most of the tri-state area, except maybe slightly more (15"?) in eastern LI and southeast CT. I guess we'll see......

Yes, I think that 1 model showing 2 feet was overdone. I think 12-15 is good but less as you go farther inland or south meaning NYC-Philly

Models shifting storm slightly East so mixing wont be an issue anymore on long island but totals somewhat less in CT now. I'm expecting 8-10 and thats being conservative. NE parts of CT should see 10+

Winds wont be as bad so dont expect another Christmas Blizzard... Just a typical heavy snowstorm... Temps will be under 30 and it will start Tuesday night so it will stick as soon as it falls.

If you dont have to be on the roads Wed morning DONT... I think we'll be ok on the main roads for evening.
