well, consider me impressed that they did not once mention getting 'a study' done, instead they are using the people currently on the payroll. Props to that.

Uptown apartments moving right along...the Dickenson development really changes the whole appearance of the area...

Brickwork on the ECU Student Center & the Parking Deck (shown below) has really popped up all of a sudden.

Jpirate, in your second picture on the Sidewalk complex. Do we know what will go between the complex and where the little old yellow building currently sits? It looks like fenced off space, I did not realize that much open area would be there in the original plans.

So with all the student housings and crap one day, are we gonna be like Raleigh or Charlotte where they have big-ass loads of parking decks and student housings and we will get a lot more to do?
