I think I have this thread cleaned up. Please stay on the topic. The topic is Greenville area developments.
Not some other area. Greenville.

It's also not for wild speculation. Stick to what's going on now and discussions about what you may have heard is coming.

Thanks. This thread was a pain to clean up. I may have missed a post or two. I may have inadvertently deleted a post or two.
If you see this, just report it or send me a DM.

Thanks!

I believe this has been discussed before, but when they move the school transport facility from its current location...who gets that location & are there plans for it? I'm assuming it's the company that owns the rest of that land out behind Dicks? More shopping development?

Glad this thread is back, I feel whole again. haha.

I know at one point the current site was for sale. An offer was made and rejected for being too low, so it stayed on the market. I do not remember an update on that situation though. Perhaps someone else here knows/remembers?

Yes, this is off-topic, but I’m more than happy to see my baby back online! It was reassuring seeing the level of support it had for its revival (not like anyone wanted to kill it). I’ve come to realize the importance such a thread has in not only my routine, but the routine of us all — we’re truly an internet family. That said.. CarMax is officially out of the ground in Winterville, and the sign is up as well.
