I get it though given how boring the CIN forum is. Let’s see, the last post was 2 days ago in a “quadricep surgery” thread...lol. The only other post that day was a “CIN travel accolades” post from you...who else would it be from? s-n-o-o-z-e.
Just wait until one day you find yourself in need of quad surgery in Cincinnati. Then you won't be laughing!

Ease up and cut me some slack. Considering how very supportive I am regarding your proclamations above, you're coming on way too strong. The fact is that the Browns are simply an unparalleled entertainment enterprise not only dominating all of Ohio, but also capturing the attention of the entire nation, especially in national press releases every Monday morning. Cleveland should be so lucky.

In turn, would you be laughing if your quad surgery was in Cleveland?

Default First Plug and Play

Twenty-eight candidates compete today for Plug and Play Cleveland's first 10 berths.

<<The payoff for about 10 winners announced by Monday will be an opportunity to take up office space for several weeks in the Global Center for Health Innovation downtown, where they will be nurtured by business pros to try to turn their ideas into reality....

The project is being led by Plug and Play, a leading business accelerator headquartered in Sunnyvale, California - in partnership with the Cleveland Clinic, the local nonprofit JumpStart Inc. and other Ohio partners.

Plug and Play's three-year commitment to Cleveland marks its only U.S. program outside of New York or California, and puts Cleveland on a select map of 28 Plug and Play locations worldwide....

At least 10 winners are picked each time and invited to set up shop in the Global Center for Health Innovation for tutoring and brainstorming over several weeks.

After three months, they make presentations to investors and/or potential customers....

Participants will be encouraged to stay in Cleveland after completing the program, though they will not be required to do so.>>

Default Euclid's new model plan

Euclid has finalized a new model plan.

Will Euclid's new master plan reboot an aging, inner-ring suburb? (photos) | cleveland.com

Euclid's lakefront redevelopment plan was discussed in posts 2879 and 2880 and subsequent posts.

https://www.city-data.com/forum/cleve...sions-288.html

Candidly, for decades, cities like Euclid, once one of the premier industrial centers in the world, financially supported the State of Ohio and other Ohio communities. Reading the first-linked article, it sounds as if Euclid now is admirably fighting to find a viable future.

Yet cities such as Euclid and Lorain, let alone East Cleveland (also once a prosperous industrial center) are in desperate need of help, Ohio and national Republicans continue to slash urban funding (the local government fund in Ohio) in favor of new developmental sprawls which reduce Ohio's agricultural capacity.

Some will make fortunes in the short run, but it will end badly IMO.

WHOA.

That building is taller than I thought it would be. Great to see it will have first floor retail...I don't remember the original renderings showing that.

Playhouse Square will definitely feel BIG CITY if it didn't already.
