^haha i doubt most people have heard of those places. But, his point was that there are way more ghetto areas in California than just parts of Oakland and LA.

I agree. Not too many people know about Newburgh, but I spent time there exploring the hudson valley-- I had no idea! (the Mt St Mary College/Leroy pl area was pretty nice though, there's nothing like that in Camden)

I really liked Beacon.

its called crack houses.. dont get me wrong the east coast is run down
but the west coast got spots like that too
im suprised to hear people say compton is the worst of L.A or california
naw man it use to be one of the worst but now it aint at all the worst watts is way worst even in history that where the poverty was at untill the late 70's in 80's thats when compton got really bad but since so many rappers come from compton people from different states think compton is the worst of the state ..

There's very few cities that all of it could be summed up as being "bad". It usually is just neighborhoods. This guy also listed Brooklyn and Baltimore... if he means all of them then I'd say that's ignorance. Oakland has a reputation for crime but its not all of the city.
