Man, those Detroit pictures are so depressing. Just think, at one point that neighborhood was an affluent bustling suburb.

Good old Overtown, Miami, Florida...probably the worst section of Miami. Google Maps

Lol @ these houses they built in Overtown trying to gentrify the area, they could've atleast made some of the houses look different. historic overtown station - Google Maps

EPA as we know it will be no more 10 years from now... its sitting on some of the best prime real estate in the bay.

That first link, that neighborhood looks really nice. That second link looks like something you might see in South Florida.
