Thats just like the difference between EPA and Palo Alto. Sadly, EPA probably costs as much as Palm Beach... rofl

Lmao, now I know your kidding. I mean I know the Bay Area can get expensive, but a crummy area is definitely not going to cost more than ritzy ass Palm Beach.

This too!

You get:

-zero ammenities
-a city that had the same crime rate as Ciudad Juarez does today back in 1992
- a grand total of 1,000 square feet

All for $400,000! That's right, $400,000! What are you waiting for?

Seriously... if only I could work in CA and live in FL. Its rediculous.

I know what you mean, but there really isn't a house or shall I say mansion, in Palm Beach that isn't under a million dollars. I could vouch for other areas being cheaper than EPA but not Palm Beach.

The worst I've seen are in the following cities/areas: Philly - mainly North but also West and SW plus other areas, Camden NJ - most of the city, Detroit - many areas, Flint MI - many areas, Youngstown - more of a ghosttown, Baltimore - especially west and eastside, Chester PA - just a ghetto smaller city like Camden NJ, Gary IN - aka lil Detroit very decayed/abandoned/leveled, Cleveland - especially certain sections of the Eastside are shell of their former self some on westside plus East Cleveland and sections of Lorain, OH to the west, St. Louis, especially North and ESTL, Buffalo - especially eastside.

Areas of Cleveland/EC on streetview:

SF definitely has some bad projects. A few of them are in such bad shape that they were actually rated as among the worst in the nation in 2007, by the US Dept. of Housing and Development. Also that second pic is dated 1942, which must have been right when Valencia Gardens was built, which is why it looks so nice. Here are some pics taken in Valencia Gardens in the early 90s:

This is literally 5 blocks away from one of the houses of east redwood city I posted:

519 San Benito Av, Menlo Park, CA, 94025 - MLS #81022915 - Single Family Home real estate - REALTOR.com®

the house prices literally jump a million dollars by crossing one street despite that they're right next to each other. No gated community, no nothing. The amount of trees quadruples... seriously.
