The Domain is pulling in upscale stores like crazy.....it is getting stores tha even Houston and Dallas don't have. However, those cities as well as Atlanta will have more upscale stores spreadout throughout the city area.

I doubt they will be stores you know, because I was just browsing the website seeing what types of stores they were. But here is the list of retailers, now look at that and come back and tell me Austin isn't catching up.

Trust me, I would probably know them. Could you list the ones Austin has that Houston and Dallas don't? Now, I do see one and that is Reuhl, but that is not much more than a Hollister. Reuhl is opening in Houston Galleria in 2009, too. That list is not much different than what is already available in San Antonio. Houston, Dallas, and Atlanta have much more.
