No celebraties like Beverly Hills because it's convenient and close to where they live. Beverly Hills thank goodness has its own vibe. It is a shopping district though. Not a shopping center. Not a lifestyle center. Not a mall. No matter how the customers get there, that doesn't change what it is.

The Palmeraie, the new $2 billion luxury development under construction in Scottsdale with the first Fendi private luxury residences to be built in North America appears to have some strong interest from Supreme as well as Off-White and Palm Angels, along with Chanel, and Brunelo Cucineli among others. Hermes, Yves Saint Laurent (2nd Scottsdale location), and John Varvatos have already committed.
