When I was there most recently (December) the vacancies were immediately apparent to me as was the general downgrading of the retail. But I recall when Newbury street was super high end and packed circa ~2014 so maybe it’s a matter of perspective. Also more vacant food spots than retail stores.

Are Christofle and Stella McCartney still open in Houston? I know Christofle has closed a majority of their stores including the Dallas one.

I believe Christofle and Stella McCartney are still open in Houston.
Atlanta does not have a standalone Givenchy boutique (inside Saks).
I actually spent the last week in Houston for work and stopped by the Galleria (first time in 10 years), very impressive lineup. Clientele was a bit rough though.

Stella McCartney is still open in Houston for now. I could be wrong, but I don't think Stella McCartney in Houston will close anytime soon. That particular store is known for having attracted a lot of noteworthy clients.
I'm not sure what's going on with Christofle, they do appear to be closing most stores.
At some point we'll have completely to redo the search because of the aftermath of COVID, but I'll give it at least one more month so we know incase there's any other collapses. I'll include Honolulu and Hawaii this time.
I agree on Saint Bernard btw. I forgot why I listed them. I think someone mentioned it above.
