Aany news on the Rolex Dallas? I know they were supposed to open, but I see no news on it. Did Covid delay/cancel?

Ok. This could be a fun turn.

What high end store would you like your city to acquire??

I am a male.

And I would LOVE a Belstaff.

Such great jackets and menswear.

I could care less about Handbags. Its too much fluff. No one cares tbh.

I am thankful Philadelphia has two Bloomingdales.

To me they are much better than Nordstrom (which we also have several).

Barbour is also very nice. But understated luxury. (There are TWO Philadelphia stores).

Which I think the Northeast does well.

actually, the one I would choose would be an upgrade of the Gucci to a flagship. Our Dior here (Houston) is a flagship and seeing how much more the flagships have to offer than the smaller boutiques makes me want a Gucci flagship. Plus Gucci is the only of these brands I actually ever buy stuff from.

And I am finished! I'm going to start condensing them by city now. While I do this, any brands that anyone would like to add before doing so, let me know.

Do you have data to distinguish between CBD/urban core storefront stores versus suburban stores outside the city? Also, do you have data to distinguish between urban storefronts versus indoor malls?

I wasn't gonna say anything but yes we would. The entire shopping experience is a huge huge part of high-end shopping. To put no emphasis on that part is kind of lame. But if you can't the brand you can get the brands right?

No one goes to NYC Paris etc to shop in suburban malls.

A separate CBD/Downtown list would be excellent indeed.

The Wisconsin Avenue store already closed. You can Google it.

The Tyson Store is fine.

There are two Rolex spaces (one at Galleria Dallas and one at NorthPark) that have their own entrances, but are attached to jewelry stores and function as expanded authorized dealer stores. The NorthPark one is rumored to take over the small LV space next to it to double in size.

There’s also a Rolex location not attached to a jewelry store under construction at Highland Park Village.
