There's already a Chanel inside Valley Fair Mall in San Jose, but it looks like the Nordstrom in the mall is also getting an in-store boutique. I wonder why that is?

I think the Chanel at Valley Fair is only a beauty store.

That's awesome. It's exciting to see these changes happening. Hopefully this endeavor is successful and creates more widespread growth throughout the city. There's really good bones there to build upon.

Yeah that’s something I’d travel to Detroit to see. I’d wait a few years to wait for it to grow and check it out

Other new/recent in HOU:

Zimmermann finally opened in ROD after long Covid
Woodlands Town Center getting a Gucci and Breitling
Dior opening a second boutique
Prada currently undergoing renovations in the Galleria

Woodlands Town Center and Plano Legacy West seem to have an identical store lineup. Are they managed by the same group?

These appear to be opening in suburban Detroit at the Somerset Collection Mall, not downtown Detroit. But still great to see downtown Detroit revitalizing.
