They have not released them yet, only that Hermes, Saint Laurent, and John Varvatos have committed. They were scheduled to complete the first phase of the development late this year which includes the Ritz Carlton Paradise Valley to include the longest resort pool in North America and the Ritz Carlton Residences, although early 2021 seems more doable. The second phase will include the shopping, dining, office, and social component, along with the FENDI private residences.

There was a Bloomies dept store in Dallas at now defunct Valley View Mall many years ago. Now we just have the outlets. There were rumors of a smaller format dept store looking at Uptown Dallas, but that’s probably fizzled with dept stores not doing as great as of late.

However, if the second location is within Saks (as in a part of the store), we are trying to avoid listing those locations since many luxury department stores contain that setup. The only exception is Graff.
