Has the country become this political driven where I have to change my wording? I used progressive in the literal sense not a political one.

That's because it was only 50 at the end of June, and that's the latest available report from the APD website where the the poster got that number from. There were 5 during 4th of July weekend alone, and plenty more before and after.

Pretty much... If we were speaking in person I would have picked up on your usage, but through the internet (here and Facebook, social media, etc.), the word progressive makes my eyes roll.

But sorry for the context error.

I mean we are halfway through the year and at 352, so doubling that def does not get me 800, more like 700. However with that said, the pace of Chicago for Jan-April was a different world from May-now. If the rate stays the same as it’s been in the latter of 2020 thus far, yes 800 would be possible. I think it’s unlikely, but def possible.

Stop it right here... Racism does not makes you kill your neighbour.

Racism does not make you walk up to a guy in broad daylight and shot him in the head injuring n innocent bystander in the process.

There is racism but that does not justify the extreme violence. People should start taking their responsibilities.

Now the vast majority of people in those neighbourhood are law abiding citizen that are caught in crossfire and what they need is more to be tough how to create values rather than talking racism... Because when you create value and have money, even if you are black, brown, purple or pink, people WILL respect you... Just look at the Qataries.
