According to IMDb, you're wrong.

No, the bolded part is actually NYC.

Doesn't the OP ironically confirm NYC's position as #1?

He's taking every city, combining their strenghts and using them collectively to prove NYC isn't number one. Hilarious.

Where was I when this supercity WashingtonDCSanFranciscoLosAngelesChicagoBoston, USA was established?

This isn't an anti-NYC thread...this is more of a No-your-not-the-best-at-everything thread

Actually will get technical for you because you were being smart.

Comcast owns 51% (Controlling Interest) - the other 49% is not the owner. Comcast gets NBC stake as joint venture is formed - MarketWatch

Here is the Headquarters BTW - You like to beat on Philly and on my point to me it made no difference as to NY being what it is if NBC (Yes NBCUniversal) is HQ'd in Philly which it is, its owners are there in this building

On the Topic, as said before. To me it is underrated. The money control in NYC is more powerful than people even understand.

well it isn't necessarily b/c they have money... the money is just a reflection of what goes on there.

Where did you read that NYC is the best at everything?

City Data

Most New Yorkers have a superiority complex and look down on the rest of the world. Read some of the posts on this thread you will see what I mean. I'm not saying that NYC is not a global city or that its not diverse. I'm simply saying that NYC is not the best at everything and even if you agree I'm sure there are many things that you think NYC is the best at when in reality there are other cities that beat NYC in many different categories.

Actually yes and no - the money control fuels the pot, not because they have the money but because it is controlled there
