dc is up 22% from last year now. it'll get worse in warm weather, always does.

I think Colorado Springs is at 4 right now. There was like 26 all of last year. Overall not to many for a city of 416,000 people. Obviouslly everyone would like their respective cities to be at 0, unfortunatly I don't think will see that happen.
