Flint, Michigan is at 21 for the year. So much for winter being a deterrent for crime. They are on pace to easily eclipse the homicide record in a year which was set at 66 last year. They had 7 at the same time last year. 102,000 people live in Flint as of the 2010 census. Yikes!!!

There is no way to know if it will, but I doubt it will reach that high. Flint is a warzone right now though and I wouldn't be suprised if they are the murder capital for the second straight year.
