Just wanted to include photos of Whispers in this thread for those of you who don't know what he looks like and a great big thank you from me for sending those awesome prayers. Here he is laying on hubs' bed (comforter still downstairs needing to be washed) all curled up, with a full tummy, yet, I see a tenseness in him that I have been working so hard on in eliminating. I was seeing progress, but since the surgery, we've gone back some steps. He'll straighten out those back legs of his soon! Next time he goes to his special closet I will give him a nice massage, and put a cool compress on his boom boom. Enjoy my baby.....the photos of him that is.

He's so beautiful. I know we are all partial to a particular shade of cat: my preferences are tabbies and tuxedos; he's both!
He is adorable! I mentioned reds and grays being my "favorite", but I really do think ALL shades, shapes, and varieties of cats are stunning. They're much more beautiful than most of us "lowly humans", LOL!
Ah, guys, I'm blushing. Thank you. Anyone with eyes can see how tiny Whispers is, but the good news is, he is beginning to eat like a pig. Last night, for example, I didn't hold back the fishies. I just let him eat as much as he wanted, and before he was through, he almost ate one entire 5.5 oz can! That is on top of 2 meals yesterday that were double the amount I normally give. Now this morning, I had to really encourage him (again) to eat. I think his tummy is really starting to "feel" full, so OK, slow is better.
We have this cutest routine for breakfast and dinner. Whisps goes to his special closet, and that is where he eats. He waits until I give him one or two mouthfuls then he will dig in with gusto. Heart touching........
