That figures. And pretty much sums up how you deal with things.

Good day sir.

Judging by the POS that he was driving, i figured it probably wasn't insured. So, who would have ended up paying for the damage to my car and my body? My insurance initially. But in the end, it will still ultimately come out of your pocket through increased premiums after you make the claim. No thanks.

But do go right ahead and continue to be a menace to society, and keep excusing others who act the same way.
Let me just ask you one question. Regarding the the 1st post Kentucky dud made, do you think this is the proper and safe way to to deal with tailgaters?
This is nothing more than vigilante justice, and vigilante justice is not legal.

I'd charge you with excessive use of brakes, reckless driving. That'll teach ya!

So what? I used to be like that, all hung up on the law and who was right or wrong.

Guess what? It doesn't matter.

It's not worth my time or trouble to deal with it. Now granted, I am rarely tailgated because I drive pretty fast, but when someone does, it doesn't matter who is right or wrong or who is supposed to do what.

Just get out of the way. Who really cares? I don't anymore, and life is a hell of a lot easier when I drive.

Just forget it... this guy is buying his time until some driver he ticks off sends a bullet through his head. At that point all of his spite and self-righteousness will have been in complete vain. There are heartless lunatics out there... looks like kentucky man is seeking them out. Good luck.
