Coincidence? The woman alleged to have burned the Wendy’s has the same name as the woman Brooks named as his girlfriend?

And why would he be out drinking with a girlfriend? Especially when it was his daughter’s birthday?
Good grief. Who are these women going around setting fires?

I personally believe if she were truly upset over the matter, no media source could make her say otherwise. More than likely she has known of these things for some time but continued to stay in the relationship in some how hoping to gain his respect or that things would change.

Not saying I agree with all this but I do know of marriages where one partner knows the other is doing things behind their back but choose not to leave and even treat them as if they were the most important thing in life.

The other opinion is media bias, painting him in a light of something that he wasnt or isnt in effort to support a narrative. One that is partially true but in this aspect is being recklessly pushed which may in turn jeopardize the safety of others.
I tend to believe as you do - she had kids with him, and didn’t he leave to go live in Ohio for a while too?

The status of their relationship isn’t germane to the central issue, but if it was one where he was unfaithful and not supportive then maybe she will be better off now.

Wow, smh. This was very hard to watch. The news about Natilie White is just strange to me too. Feels like The Truman Show now with these coincidences and weird connections. The first 20 minutes of the dialogue seemed like I was watching a sketch (no disrespect to what happened though).

He has to convene one, but they can't until at least until October due to COVID-19.

Seems like a due process issue if he has to stay in jail until then.

Exactly. No bail and no grand jury until October. So 4 months in jail until the grand jury even determines if there’s enough evidence to go to trial or not.

Spent a couple minutes searching, but couldn't find what was typical in murder cases.

Armed protesters remain at Wendy’s where Rayshard Brooks was killed. So what’s next?

ATLANTA — People who live in the southwest Atlanta neighborhood where Rayshard Brooks was shot and killed want to know what’s next after armed protesters continue to block the intersection at University Avenue and Pryor Street.

Channel 2′s Michael Seiden has learned several of the protesters in the group live in the neighborhood and believe police have abandoned them.

Some police officers told Seiden they’re nervous about going down there after a protester assaulted one of their fellow officers over the weekend..."
