I switched to a egg rich diet because of cholesterol issues!!!

I don't eat yolks just the whites. The dogs, however, are addicted to the yolks and look forward to their treat every morning.

I pretty much eat a fish and egg diet with vegetables as a side dish. Minimal carbs. That and better living through chemistry brought down my cholesterol dramatically.

Fats come from cheese and avocado's simply because I was born in Venezuela and we had a avocado tree in the backyard.

4 eggs every morning for breakfast. Salmon, shrimp or lobster for dinner with a salad, spinach or brocolli for dinner. Oh, and a avocado.

I really need to find a low carb wine that tastes good.

Don't understand this comment " but if you are still eating so many eggs then you will also need a peg for your nose.?"

Must be a American thing?? Anyway, what does it mean??

Beans cause gas, eggs supply extra smell to it, so it is a bad combo if you can't open the window to let it out.

Eggs are NOT a problem...

When I was a college student sharing an apartment with a Columbian, and a Englishman we called them MEAT *****.

We were not eating much beef, but boy when we did the windows were open.

For 5 dozen at Costco Business Center in Fife $13.59 yesterday, or $2.72/doz. at the regular Costco in Redmond 2 dozen is $6.38, or $3.19/doz.

Since you only eat the whites, have you thought about just buying whites? My wife buys them from Costco, opens one to use and freezes the rest until needed.

I did eat those for a bit...but the dogs complained.

don't think Costco runs cost leaders where they sell below market to get people to come in???

My purchase was at a restaurant supply store. They don't have loss leaders.

The only loss leaders at Costco are the food court, like the 1/4 lb. hot dog with a soda for $1.50

For most stuff they make up the price difference in volume and of course, the membership fees.

Page Nine of today's Wall Street Journal here is the headline.

Prices of Eggs Boil OVER, showing Putin's Economy is a Shell of itself.

"High prices remind Russians of Soviet-Era Food shortages..........Some supermarkets in Siberia sold eggs individually, for about 12 rubles or 13 cents each"

The article goes on that the Russian people are livid. Even Putin has had to go on TV to discuss the egg prices.

My purchase of eggs, yesterday, in the Soviet of Washington cost me 40 cents each.

No word from Jay or the media on the egg crises in Washington state.
