Sounds like the person who wrote that needs school himself (or herself)!
In my experience, most of the folks who create posts on the topic of education are those who display the least evidence of having received much education, so the post to which you referred is probably just more evidence of what I have observed over the years.

The person who originally posted that gem has followed-up her original post with a longer, literacy-impaired post, and it ends with the following question:
"Does that provide enough explaination for you?"
