"For sale is this white McCoy water picture in vary good condition. If intrested call XXXX."

Did the ad mention whether that picture of water was an oil painting or a water color?

I think that this is very practical advice.
First, do some practice exercises in one of the four basic functions of mathematics, and then read The Wall Street Journal!
